Nico Monday and Amelia O’Reilly are co-chefs at The Market Restaurant on Lobster Cove. Before coming back to Amelia’s hometown of Gloucester in summer of 2010, both chefs worked at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California. Nico and Amelia are committed to forging relationships with local farmers and artisanal food producers, offering customers fresh, vibrant menus that compliment the season.
